Stone Soup takes pride in our ability to serve our clients based on their individual needs. After consulting with you about your event we will put together a comprehensive quotation for your approval.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required for full service buffet line at time of booking. Balance is due on or before the day of event. We take checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Drop off services are payable at time of drop off unless otherwise arranged. Depending on the size of drop off we may request a deposit.
Delivery
Delivery charges are included in full service buffet and per person pricing (excludes soup and boxed lunch menus). However, Idaho sales tax of 6% and a 15% gratuity will be added to the final bill. If invoice is $100 or less delivery fee will be 15% of sale. Drop off and à la carte come in disposable containers, and will include a $30.00 delivery fee as well as 6% sales tax. A gratuity is at the client’s discretion.
Cancellations
For full service we need 2 weeks notice of cancellation to receive a full deposit refund. Less than 2 weeks 25% of deposit is non refundable.
